- Making calls and following up with clients to meet their needs
- Answering customer calls and e-mail inquiries, following up with customers
- Working to sales manager and other team members to best serve customers and close the sale
- Researching potential customers
- Developing relationships with potential clients
- Maintaining good relationships with existing clients
- Presenting products to customers via e-mail, phone
- Performing research on customers to help increase interest in the organization
- Making sure to understand the individual and unique needs of each customer

- Some sales experience would be helpful but not necessary. This is an entry level position.
- Excellent work ethic and ability to complete tasks on time and a satisfactory manner
- Attention to detail and very good organizational skills
- Proactive and willing to try new strategies
- Quick thinking and adaptability
- Ability to learn quickly, objectively and apply learned information to the every day job
- Ability to analyze and draw conclusions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written – being able and willing to talk to new people on a daily basis.
- Excellent competence with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Understanding of basic marketing principles
- Good / Average English skills are a plus
