- Minimum 1 year of experience as a team leader or other people management positions;
- Fluent in English and Turkish;
- PC skills (MS Office Package);
- Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure;
- Excelent communication and people management skills.
- Coordinating a team formed of 8 people – Human Resources Project;
- Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development;
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise;
- Direct contact with the turkish employees via e-mail/chat/telephone for various HR questions or information requested: employment contracts, additional papers, medical certificates, internal transfers, promotion, change of personal data, entry and exit formalities in the company.
