HR GENERALIST WITH GERMAN, Location: Bucharest

Responsibilities:
 Offer support services in HR (pre-payroll activities) for one of our clients (mainly Contact Center support but not exclusive)
 Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions via phone or E-Mail;
 Interface with the clients' employees to help them in their HR needs;
 Create reference letters and testimonials for employees;
 Update HR database with personal information changes ;
 Send notifications to all relevant departments after processing an HR request;
 Develop improvements to processes and local work instructions;
 Comply with all client and Accenture Data Security and Quality requirements.


Requirements:
 Bachelor degree;
 Fluency in English and German;
 Good client handling skills;
 Good communication skills, both written and oral;
 Excellent problem solving and analysis skills;
 Self-motivated, positive attitude and approach;
 Professional approach and comfortable dealing with clients.
