Offer support services in HR (pre-payroll activities) for one of our clients (mainly Contact Center support but not exclusive)
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions via phone or E-Mail;
Interface with the clients' employees to help them in their HR needs;
Create reference letters and testimonials for employees;
Update HR database with personal information changes ;
Send notifications to all relevant departments after processing an HR request;
Develop improvements to processes and local work instructions;
Comply with all client and Accenture Data Security and Quality requirements.
Fluency in English and German;
Good client handling skills;
Good communication skills, both written and oral;
Excellent problem solving and analysis skills;
Self-motivated, positive attitude and approach;
Professional approach and comfortable dealing with clients.
