We design and implement customized solutions covering a wide range of business processes along integrated service chains. These solutions include digital marketing, financial services, customer relationship management, supply chain management and IT services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Working for a big IT project, one of the largest companies worldwide.

  • Offering technical support for customers, the job representing 50% of the activity back office tasks and 50% of the activity interaction with the customer.

  • Promoting within the team and to the customers the companies mission and values.  

 

Requirements:

  • Danish language – advanced level

  • English language – medium level

  • Customer orientation, problem-solving abilities, adaptability

  • MS Office – advanced level
