Our client, is a St. Louis, US based global manufacturing organization, working in all of the 5 corporate brand platforms worldwide: Process Management, Industrial Automation, Network Power, Climate Technologies and Commercial and Residential Solutions


  • The main objective of this position is to provide technical support
  • Implement technical solutions and drive acceptance to the company's portfolio
  • Providing technical advises and suggestion to the customer
  • Provide technical support and implement technical solutions for Tier2/Tier 3 project pursuit
  • Develop drawings (GA drawings, wiring diagrams) and tools to support promoting the company's product solution in the quote phase
  • Identify needs for ETOs for major projects and drive the request towards the ETO/sustaining team
  • Support in providing training to customer/Internal teams for Tier 2 technical trainings
  • Participate to customer technical clarification meetings
  • Achieve prompt, mutually satisfactory solutions to customer complaints and problems
  • Handle product related non-conformities and initiate correct measures to improve product and product related issues
  • Take an active role in coordinating between Inside Sales, Operations and Engineering departments to define/implement the best technical solution from a cost and price perspective



  • Bachelor Engineering required (any technical background, electrical is preferred)
  • 2+ years progressive engineering, and/or sales experience, technical role
  • Exposure to technical knowledge, technical documentation, drawings
  • Ability to handle delicate customer relationships with diplomacy.
  • Occasional Travel might be required (10%)
