IT Product Owner with GERMAN

Help build a project from ground up in the financial/banking sector!

Our client is currently seeking for a Product Owner with advanced German language skills to join a new team consisting of experienced Software Developers and QA Engineers.

Main responsibilities:

  • Understand the business needs and requirements of the client and analyze them in order to deliver implementable solutions in new or existing products;
  • Analyze the demands received by taking into consideration the needs of all stakeholders;
  • Work with stakeholders to understand, clarify, capture and refine their high level business requirements;
  • Analyze, iterate and dis-aggregate the high-level business requirements into detailed system requirements;
  • Ensure the system requirements are correctly assessed, prioritized and communicated to the development team;
  • Define acceptance criteria for post implementation testing;
  • Ensure the engagement of all necessary stakeholders in the gathering, analysis, management and approval of system requirements;
  • Identify improvement opportunities and work to optimize the processes and tools;
  • Build and maintain good professional relationships with customers and partners.

  • Capable to deliver optimized solutions based on the clients real needs;
  • Structured, organized working style, with an ambition to deliver quality results in limited time;
  • Prevent deviations between client needs and project work;
  • Able to effectively assess issues and provide stakeholder support;
  • Strong social skills, able to communicate both orally and written in an efficient manner;
  • Experience using Issue tracking and collaboration tools (. JIRA, Confluence);
  • C level German language skills;
  • Solid intuition and attention to details;
  • Self-initiative and passion for proactive problem solving;  undertaking self-development activities; taking ownership of tasks at hand; taking independent actions and calculated risks; asking for and offering help when needed;
  • Structured, organized working style, with an ambition to deliver quality results in limited time;
  • Effective team-worker in an agile environment.



Desirable skills (nice to have):

  • Experience in enterprise environments preferably in the IT or financial fields;
  • Innovation, original thinking and creativity; bringing suggestions for improving work; readily trying innovative approaches.
