Our client is a leader in the development, manufacturing and assembly of advanced structures for civil, military and space markets

Main Responsibilities:

•  managing, coordinating and motivating employees within the production line

• planning the day to day production by organising the flows and activities

•  optimizing the quality, production costs and delays of the objectives and performance standards set by the plant manager

•  permanently tracking the production optimization

•  maintaining a close cooperation between the team and the quality control responsible and quality control counselors


•  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

•  Minimum 5 years experience

•  Excellent people management skills

•  Advanced English skills

•  Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

•  Excellent organisational and analytical skills
