Recruitment Team Leader, Location: Cluj-Napoca

Our client is an outsourcing company specialized in customer management services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of future growth plans in order to ensure recruitment needs of the business are met
  • Translating the business needs into recruitment strategy and plans the delivery of the strategy
  • Deploying the recruitment plan to the team, establishing realistic plans and makeing sure the team has the knowledge, skills and resources to put it into action
  • Offering support and trainings to the team in order to manage both the internal and external recruitment & selection process, meeting the agreed turnaround time and quality of recruitment KPIs
  • Ensuring the recruitment processes and procedures are aligned with the local legal requirements and corporate compliance requirements
  • Ensuring the reporting of progress and status of the open vacancies to key stakeholders
  • Building external relationships particularly with universities/ schools, student organizations and community
  • Recruiting high level/ specialized roles available in the organization

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced volume recruitment role, preferably in an outsourcing organization
  • Strong knowledge and expertise of online candidate sourcing, social media sourcing and applicant tracking systems
  • University degree (Preferable in Psychology)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Demonstrate the ability to build effective relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrate the ability to build effective relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.
  • Availability to travel in Romania to other company’s offices, including the possibility to manage a remote team
